SHIPPING DISCLAIMER & RATES

 

• - Our orders are typically shipping through UPS or FedEx, an independent shipping carrier.

• - We're not responsible for any shipping delays caused as a result of the carriers actions.

​

• - Shipping rates are determined by your choice of product, weight and zip code of your order. 

​

• - Boerewors & Frozen Pie Orders are shipping in special packing with dry-ice. They are shipped 2-3 day delivery by UPS or FedEx. Our shipping team will submit your pricing over via email address provided for approval prior to shipment. Once approval is received you will then receive your confirmation of shipment and tracking information.

• - LOCAL ORDERS - We personally deliver to our local customers within a 50 mile radius of Zip Code 70739 or you can pickup at an agreed time.

​

• - We attempt to expedite all orders and ship as soon as possible however please note that we do not ship orders on the same day the order is place. 

​

• - We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address. Exceptions are made only for PO Box numbers when they're AP orders as we support our troops.

​

• - Liability is not accepted by the shipper for orders not received on time or for orders that have an incorrect shipping address or temporary address such as a hotel, resort or holiday rental home.

• - Any re-routing charges will be for the buyers account. Some carries charge for address corrections. Please be advised if a charge is incurred you will be billed for an amount of $12.50.

• - Please always ensure you have included a full and complete physical shipping address along with Business Name if any to assure your order is shipped correctly.

​

• - If an order is deemed as undeliverable by the carrier & returned be advised shipping costs incurred will be billed to the purchaser.
